Mindful Leadership
Developing the power of presencing to realise new possibilities
Led by Lisa Markwick and Stephen Archer
This experiential workshop introduces you to the practice of mindfulness, personally, and with others, and explores how this “power of presence” can assist you to develop leadership which is well equipped for navigating through today’s complex challenges. Mindfulness recognises the quality of our attention as a fundamental agent for transformation. Mindful leadership enables us to recognise our own blind spots and to step more powerfully into creating new possibilities to effectively recognise and meet our current and future world aspirations and challenges.
We invite leaders who are committed to shifting “the nature of things” around currently sticky issues, to learn together on this workshop. We will explore what more is possible through a discipline of mindful practice, collective inquiry, and a framework for innovative change (the U process). All that’s needed is your willing curiosity and active interest, not necessarily a prior experience with mindfulness.
