Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
I am a student at The Ohio State University pursuing a combined MD/PhD. Having an interest in both leadership and science, I have experienced and observed compatible qualities that make both great scientists and and great leaders. I have been enticed by ALIA as a forum to examine more deeply many of those qualities while exploring additional traits resonate in both fields. By attaining this greater understanding, I intend on using this knowledge as I strive to improve patient care and participate in the examination of healthcare in the United States.
