Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.: I founded the consulting company in 1977. We began as a project consulting company providing strategic planning facilitation and implementation support to small and medium sized companies in the midwest. In 1997 we rebranded ourselves as a Family Business Advisory firm that provides process consulting services to privately owned and family business systems. My interest in the Alia community is to connect with kindred spirits who see and sense the importance of transforming individuals , families , businesses and communities to become more whole and more connected.
