- Long time astronaut of *inner* space, explorer of *collective* intelligence and wisdom, and pioneer of combining electronic and social technologies for collaboration, I am now allying with ALIA and authentic leaders everywhere, who work for organizational and social resilience and re-generation.
I’ve been monitoring the moving edge of innovation in business, education, society, and technology, for the last thirty years, and occasionally contributing to it, here and there. What my life is calling me now, is to develop and apply an integrative approach to sense and manifest compelling futures, using Theory U as my operating system.
I am a strategic learning partner and adviser to organisations and leaders in matters of resilience, change management, collective intelligence, and personal mastery. I assist them in developing new ways of work and learning, such as communities of practice and innovation networks. I also facilitate the cultivation of an "appreciation culture," a web of supportive relationships that reflect and promote organic patterns of wholeness, balance, and beauty.
