- Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
- In my work as a human systems change agent, I aspire to enable people to improve the quality of relationships, focus intentions and actions on what matters, and make meaningful connections that foster learning and fulfillment. What draws me to the Authentic Leadership program and community is the opportunity to creatively play with my leadership learning edges in a supportive community while making new friends. My current leadership challenges relate to methods for nurturing and nourishing self-organizing systems, breaking free of self-limiting mental models that no longer serve me, and building self-care into my everyday sensing, being and doing.
