Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
I first attended the Shambhala Institute's summer school in June 07. Years prior I was drawn to the summer school because of its courage and boldness to go beyond the 'mainstream' in terms of the speakers, the content and design. Confronting global and community challenges means that leaders will need to take a walk out onto the frontier, no matter how risky. Knowing that there is a community of others doing the same illuminates the conditions (internal/external), provides the necessary know-how and offers reassurance that others are on the same journey, even when you can't be on the trail together. All the
very best to everyone attending this years summer school! Kathy

Welcome Kathy to ALIA! In my assessment, ALIA Institute is a network of conversations where learning and development is possible. I like exchanges with like focused mindedness individuals who are serious about learning and development. I invite you to join my page as a friend, and my offer to you is the same. I look forward to learning conversations :)
