Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.: Since 1995, I've worked as a graphic and process facilitator, primarily in the field of organizational learning, offering spaces for reflection and synthesized/reorganized content. Basically I draw while people talk! And I help pull together talent to produce projects such as the Presencing Institute web landscape ... I also paint, addressing threads of personal inquiry that include the blossoming of human presence, the state of a heart, and the nature of cohesion. Through entirely abstract, subjective mark-making, I seek to wrap my spirit around the complexities of our times and find tap roots of sense. All my efforts, in whatever form they take, are in service of surfacing latent, intuited, potential.
