Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.: My name is Marie Legault and I am the president of Legault & Associates Leadership Development Inc. I believe that in today’s complex environment of rapid growth and change, ethical leadership is crucial in order to address organizational challenges and achieve sustainability. As a Leadership Development Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach, I offer integrated solutions that foster ethical leadership. I assist in the creation of ethical organizational cultures and guide leaders and organizations to develop to their full potential. I have a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems, a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training, a Bachelor of Commerce, an Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate, and a Professional Training & Development Certificate. As a practitioner and independent scholar, my interests include the development of ethical leaders and organizational cultures and transformative change. I am interested in connecting with like-minded people, hence my desire to join this group.
