- As a result of a personal shift in my perception of leadership that happened to me in 2007, I am eager to connect with other authentic leaders and grow as a leader from sharing vision and experience.
In 2009 I began hosting World Cafe Conversations on 'Exploring a Shift in Leadership towards Legacy for Dentistry' and on 'Leadership Education & Oral Health'. I do this to share my vision of extending the reach of meaningful oral knowledge from the circle of Dentistry into many other circles of influence so that together we can create a decay free future.
I believe that health begins with the mouth and, if Dentistry as a profession accomplishes this crucial belief shift, the next generations will benefit from vastly improved health.
