Foudations and goals of my work: Moving from habit to choice through ontological coach model, mindful practices, and concrete practice to cultivate compassion, respect and tenderness for self and other. My connections to ALIA include Shambhala and Newfield Network (my alma mater). I long for a culture that celebrates and brings forward our inherent brilliance and helps us develop skills that build active, progressive and loving community.
