Supporting personal practice

What are the personal practices of basic human goodness that help us to see the unseen and act in a way that shifts the world towards its own basic goodness?

Forest Body: Walking with Arawana at Royal Roads

Fern and water unfurl

at foot of

ancient firs.

Earth breathes me.

Creek sings in my blood.

I am forest.

In dream time I return

Flesh joins

rotting leaves

to feed wild webs

Red thread calling

sculpts the threshold

of mystery's memory

and dances chaos

with the juggler's

Robin ~ it was such a treat to hang out with you at the raucous "campfire" sing-along. Thoughts of it still give me giggles! How are things back at home? The poem is lovely...thank you for posting such an intimate reflection.

Hi Robbin, my training is in hatha yoga, and I'm currently working on my 500 hour certification. I have just recently come across the Conscious Embodiment work by Wendy Palmer. I plan to attend her module at ALIA West. Google Wendy's website for resources and for her overview on somatic intelligence. Otto Scharmer's Theory U might also interest you, if you have not come across it yet. I look forward to talking further. Nicola
