- I'm in career transition, leaving the corporate world after 26 years with major consumer goods multinationals, laterly as Technical Director of Diageo. I'm now aiming to build a consulting practice in leadership and organisational transformation. I attended the summer institute last year, was inspired and hugely enjoyed the experience, and will be returning in 2009.
