Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
I have had the advantage of working in environments that have given me a lot of experience.
I have broad and deep experience of working in manufacturing industry, in various hightech copmanies and in non profit organizations, and in a multinational environment.

In every job I’ve done I have delivered good results and I have experience of counsalting and coaching the management team in both good and bad times.

We in "Mentors-Group" work and think systemically and strategically and effective at motivating and achieving change. We care about evolving people and teams and we facilitate the space where peopleo grow. We are working with management teams, directorates.
We have experience of developing parallel and competing brands and of having many subsidiaries active in both consumer and markets.
We are accustomed to complex companies and it is challeging us every time as the first time.
Although we have a wide experience,We do not believe in experince, because every mission is defferent and unique, and we should know how to think and do as we ever met such a mission.

Our work introduces people and organizations around the world to evolutionary work from the cross-cultural, transpersonal and human potential fields.

Some of our specialtiets are:
a life-long "addict" of the Satir Model, learning and teaching her work.
Multicultural service, Organizational Learning, EFQM on job trainings, EVOLUTIONARY CONGRUENT LEADERSHIP,InteGral knowledge in practice, espically Spiral Dynamics Integral, Practice Comunities,Community Building,Intentional Communities, Effective teams, Talent evolving management,INSIDE organizationa coaching circles.
We specialize in helping brands and organizations use social media tools such as social networks and the blogosphere in order to create awareness, knowledge management, inside or outside communication or achieve any adressed goals.
