- Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
- The purpose of my work is to help bring in a new paradigm of leadership, where the male and female energy are more balanced. I work with transformation as a coach at an individual leader and leadership team level. I also work with systemic/organisational transformation. With Penny Mallison I work with quantum intelligence to help coaches and leaders to be more present and manage the energy field they create with those they work alongside. I would like to be part of an organisation where I can meet like minded people to nourish and encourage me on this transformational journey.
