Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.: I created L'HémisphèreDroit (Québec, Canada) 4 years ago to help managers enhance their creativity and leadership in organisational context. Our latest products are a one year program called 'Circle of creativity": www.cercledecreativite.com and "Le réseau des leaders créateurs ("The network of the Leaders creators"). We help organizations to develop a culture of creativity in their environment and spaces of collaboration and innovation.
